Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
The short version
We collect the information you type into our contact form, plus standard website analytics. We use it to answer you and to do the work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who isn't required to deliver the service. If you want it deleted, ask and we'll delete it.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive whatever you enter: your name, email address, phone number, entity type, facility location, the service you're interested in, and your message.
If you become a client, you will send us considerably more — the details required to complete a CDSS application or Program Design. That may include personal identifiers, financial information about your entity, and facility details. We treat all of it as confidential.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records standard traffic data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It's aggregate traffic measurement, not individual tracking. You can block it with any standard browser setting, ad blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Who else touches your data
- FormSubmit — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our email. Your form entries pass through their service.
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
- Google Fonts — fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to them when the page loads.
- Calendly — if you book a call, the scheduling page is hosted by Calendly and the details you enter there are held by them as well as by us. Using the contact form instead avoids this.
That's the complete list. We do not use advertising trackers, data brokers, or lead-resale services.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your inquiry with other consultants, lenders, insurers, or "matching" services.
- We never publish client facility details, documents, or names without written permission. The sample packets on this site use fictional data for exactly this reason.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client project files are kept as long as we may reasonably need them to support your application, and after that only as long as required for our own records. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
Email Terry.West@packetreadyconsulting.com or call (951) 639-7054 and you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep,
- stop contacting you.
We'll act on those requests regardless of whether a specific privacy statute happens to apply to a business our size.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. Please don't email us Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or Live Scan results — ask us and we'll give you a safer way to send anything sensitive.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
